The Process is Simple

Advances in technology have made working in a virtual environment easy and extremely secure. Whilst CloudForce performs your Compliance work, you have complete control of your data.

We have designed a workflow process that’s easy, flexible and effective. Our Accountants have been working with Australian Compliance and Bookkeeping work for at least 4 years, while our onshore Senior CloudForce Advisors have been working with Compliance and Bookkeeping work for over 20 years.

We pride ourselves on making Outsourcing straightforward and painless for all our clients.

We have a simple five step process for completing your work on time and to the highest quality.

Simple Process

HOW IT WORKS

  1. When your client’s records come into your office, simply scan and upload to our portal.
  2. Work is either processed on our system, in the Cloud or via remote access to your system.
  3. Work is undertaken by one of our Accountants and any queries will be emailed to your Team.
  4. After the queries have been resolved, we send the file to an onshore Senior CloudForce Accountant for review. We send through the reviewed file to you for approval.
  5. The Job is finalised and your Team presents the work to the client.
